Snazzy Trash?

What is Snazzy Trash? 

Well.. its items found at thrift stores, on clearance, or online, (trash), that can turn out to be something snazzy with either the right outfit, paint, or glue. Growing up, the thing to do was hunt garage sales early saturday mornings and thrift stores in my family; They've got it all! 

One year for Christmas, my parents had gone out shopping for our gifts while I babysat. They come home with tons of bags such as Abercrombie, American Eagle, Hollister; you know, all the cool stores when you were in High School and Junior High. Boy were we excited for Christmas! We did indeed get clothing from those stores and were absolutely thrilled! I felt pretty cool struttin my new clothes after Christmas break... Come to find out years later, all these clothes were from the thrift store and they just went to the stores for the bags so we would think they spent the big bucks on those clothes!

Moral of the story is : It's not about how much money you spend on something, because you can find just as good of clothes at the Thrift store! And its not always about the name brand. You can have a fancy looking house, and snazzy wardrobe without breaking the bank, I promise!

 And guess what, Thrift stores have sales too! really? YES! That's the best part! Thrift town and goodwill have colored tags on their items, each day a certain color is picked for 30%-50% off! Yes I have gotten shirts for a quarter!
